1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Billy Bishop Toronto website (https://www.billybishoptoronto.com/), making a booking, or using any Billy Bishop Toronto service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, regardless of how they access our platform.

These terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records at the time of booking.
2. About Billy Bishop Toronto

Billy Bishop Toronto Travel Services Inc. is a Canadian corporation registered in Ontario (Corporation No. 1234567-0), with its principal place of business at 100 Queen Street West, Suite 2600, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2N2, Canada.

Billy Bishop Toronto acts as both a direct service provider and as an agent for third-party service operators (including lounge operators, hotel partners, car rental companies, and porter services). The nature of each booking will be clearly identified in your confirmation.

3. Bookings & Contracts

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email from Billy Bishop Toronto containing a unique booking reference number. Until such confirmation is received, no contract exists between you and Billy Bishop Toronto.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to make a booking. By booking, you confirm you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers or guests named in the booking are aware of and agree to these terms. Any booking made on behalf of others constitutes your acceptance of these terms on their behalf.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are correct at the time of display and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe Inc.

Billy Bishop Toronto reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not successfully processed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

In summary: most services offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service date. Cancellations within this window may be subject to charges. No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking
  • Carry valid travel documents including passport, visa, and driving licence (where applicable)
  • Arrive at the agreed time and location for your service
  • Behave respectfully toward Billy Bishop Toronto staff and third-party service providers
  • Not use Billy Bishop Toronto services for any unlawful purpose
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your travel plans that may affect your booking

Billy Bishop Toronto reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a booking without refund if a customer behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or endangers the safety of our staff or other customers.

7. Our Liability

Billy Bishop Toronto is liable for services it provides directly. For services provided by third-party partners (e.g. lounge access, hotel rooms, car rentals), our liability is limited to the booking and coordination of those services.

We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or changes outside our control
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our direct negligence
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
  • Events of force majeure as described in our Refund Policy

Our maximum liability for any single booking shall not exceed the total amount paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Third-Party Services

Some services booked through Billy Bishop Toronto are provided by third-party operators. In these cases, the third party's own terms and conditions also apply in addition to these terms. We will identify such services clearly in your booking confirmation.

Billy Bishop Toronto takes reasonable care in selecting third-party partners but cannot guarantee the quality or availability of third-party services and accepts no liability for third-party failures beyond arranging a suitable alternative or refund where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Billy Bishop Toronto website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Billy Bishop Toronto Travel Services Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Billy Bishop Toronto content without our prior written consent. The Billy Bishop Toronto name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Billy Bishop Toronto services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim before the applicable consumer protection tribunal or small claims court in your province of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

Billy Bishop Toronto reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using Billy Bishop Toronto and may cancel any upcoming bookings in accordance with our Refund Policy.
